Mr. Einar Tangen Joins Taihe Institute as Senior Fellow
On March 23, 2022, Mr. Einar Tangen joined Taihe Institute (TI) as a senior fellow.
Mr. Tangen holds a Juris Doctorate from Marquette Law School, Milwaukee Wisconsin. He was previously a partner of Jackson, Morgan and Tangen Law Firm, and worked as First Vice-President of Structured Finance at Stifel Nicolaus & Co.’s Milwaukee investment banking operation, and later as a special advisor to the Korean government’s US investment promotion bureau at Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA). In 2004, Mr. Tangen was appointed Chairman of the State of Wisconsin’s International Trade Council. Since 2010, Mr. Tangen has been active in international media and the broadcasting industry as an independent political and economic commentator. He has contributed regularly to well-known media outlets and published numerous books. In addition, he has lectured at Peking University, Tsinghua University, Beijing Normal University, and Beijing International Studies University.
