Succar’s sound is refined and distinctive. His fast-paced songs have unmatched explosive energy, while his slower arrangements are soulful and captivate the listener with the intricate nuances that are signature to his sound. Tony is currently working on his next album and on a world tour with his band. Biography

Peruvian–American percussionist, composer, arranger, bandleader and producer, who was nominated in 2019 for a Latin Grammy Award in four separate categories, winning for Best Salsa Album and as Producer of the Year. He emigrated with his family to the USA at age two and settled in Miami, Florida.

Succar has worked with a number of prominent artists in the Latin music genres. He is the founder and producer of Unity: The Latin Tribute to Michael Jackson, a collaborative project to produce a musical tribute to Michael Jackson. As well as live performances, the project plans to release an album consisting of 14 Jackson songs rewritten to include Latin influences, primarily Salsa, and Latin American Ritmos.
